This course comes with a message plate and is recommended for anniversaries and birthdays. Perfect for celebrating someone special, such as a date or a girls' night out! It starts with a sparkling wine toast and an amuse bouche (appetizer), followed by our signature buvert pate made with red miso, a 3-kind assortment of appetizers made with healthy fermented seasonings, roasted mochi pork, and pasta for the final course, all with coffee or tea.
