This course comes with a message plate and is recommended for anniversaries and birthdays. Perfect for celebrating a special occasion, such as a date or a girls' night! Starting with a sparkling wine toast and an amuse-bouche (appetizer), the course includes our signature buvert pâté made with red miso, a platter of three appetizers made with healthy fermented seasonings, roasted mochi pork, and pasta for the final course.
